We’re running Exchange 2016 cu4 with Windows 2012 R2 Server fully updated as of, this server is part of and AD group and only used as a mail system nothing else. So, the certificate has been installed successfully on several Linux and Windows machines without any issues, the issue seems to be Exchange specific only.
